At Chelmer Fine Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if a piece does not perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. All returned artwork must be in its original condition and packaging to ensure safe transit back to our gallery.

Contact our gallery team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your art to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the artwork in its original professional crates or boxes, ensuring all protective corners and internal padding are securely in place.
Arranging Collection
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized fine art courier to collect the piece from your home at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
After our curators inspect the piece for original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
